I play it three or four times a week. Besides, I have a balanced diet. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, which are good for my health. And I never eat junk food. what’s more, I sleep nine hours a day, so I often have enough energy to have classes the next day. Now I have good grades in my subjects.
