After graduating from college, I began to work as a teacher. During the two years, I worked as a substitute teacher(代课老师). I didn’t have the chance to spend lots of time with the kids and I didn’t like this job very much. However, the following years, I taught third grade full-time and one thing changed my ideas about my job, my students and myself.

One evening, my friend and I went to a local store to rent some movies. While inside, I saw one of my students. I thought she just came with her parents.
